These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STORZONE website (https://storzone.co.uk) and any purchase of products from us.

By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.

STORZONE is a UK supplier of office furniture, monitors, printers, and workplace accessories.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries.

• You must not use the website for unlawful purposes or to submit false information
• We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or security concerns
• Business customers ordering on behalf of a company confirm they have authority to bind that organisation

We aim to display accurate descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturer batches.

Product weights, dimensions, and assembly requirements are provided where available. Please check suitability for your space before ordering.

• Images may show accessories or room settings that are not included unless stated
• Specifications can change when manufacturers update models — we will confirm material changes before dispatch where possible
• Stock availability is shown on the product page but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices include VAT at the applicable UK rate unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout where applicable.

If we discover a pricing or description error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. You may cancel without charge if the corrected price or description is not acceptable.

Browsing products and adding items to your cart does not constitute an order.

When you submit checkout, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send order confirmation (by email or other written confirmation).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders before confirmation — for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, failed verification, or suspected fraud.

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) for orders placed through our website.

Payment is due when the goods are delivered unless we agree alternative commercial terms in writing.

Online card payments may be introduced later; any new payment methods will be described at checkout.

• Please prepare the correct payment amount for COD deliveries where possible
• Business accounts with invoicing may be available by prior agreement
• Non-payment or refusal of a valid confirmed delivery may result in account restrictions

Delivery terms, timeframes, and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. Free standard delivery applies to qualifying orders over £400.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For distance contracts, you may have a 14-day cancellation right in addition to rights relating to faulty goods — see our Shipping policy for returns practicalities.

Contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.

Return eligibility depends on product condition, packaging, and whether the item is custom or assembled.

Refund timing depends on inspection of returned goods and your original payment method.

All website content — including text, logos, images, and layout — is owned by or licensed to STORZONE and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute website content for commercial use without written permission.

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

We may modify or discontinue products and website features without notice.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm) except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where a higher limit is required by law.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer the matter to alternative dispute resolution or the courts as set out below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may allow you to bring claims in your country of residence where applicable.
